Welcome to our last newsletter of the year! A year ago, could you have imagined all that would happen in the world of artificial intelligence and how it would affect us all? Like the run-up to Christmas. Just last year, we had to think, probe, grope and find out what would make our fellow man happy, make potato salad according to the same bland and unhealthy recipe of our grandmothers, strain our heads to create at least a slightly original Christmas or New Year's card, and last but not least, cope with the stress on our own.
All that is in the past. I asked ChatGPT about how to use AI in the run-up to Christmas. Naturally, I have to share it with you:

Personalised Christmas Greetings: with AI text generators you can create original and personalised Christmas cards for family, friends and colleagues.
Stress Management. AI apps for meditation and relaxation can help keep you calm and in a good mood.
By using AI, you can make your Christmas preparations smoother, more efficient and more tailored to your personal needs and wants.
Which reinforced my opinion that it is appropriate to return to the old-fashioned (read: traditional) concept of Christmas, even if it means:
your loved ones get socks again (but from the heart),
the salad will be unhealthy again (but terribly good),
Christmas cards a little recycled (but maybe rhyming), and
you'll be dealing with the stress of family celebrations alone in the pantry, hoping no one will find you there for a while.

Imagine Santa's workshop during the Christmas season
And we say Santa's on purpose, because our baby Jesus can somehow do it all by himself in peace and quiet, while Santa needs elf helpers and his workshop looks a lot like an e-shop. Elf helpers are everywhere, ringing phones, piles of letters and wish lists of children from all corners of the world. MAMA AI has come up with a solution to ease the way Santa and his team handle the Christmas rush.
1. TELMA Chatbot - an assistant that handles natural language communication, takes over routine tasks and frees up elves for specialized cases. This means elves can focus on toy making instead of repetitive queries.

We'll make all the data, whether text or spreadsheets, available to them through natural language dialogue so that they can really get all the orders processed in the pre-Christmas rush.
