October 9 – As part of a series of ČAUI (Czech Association of AI) events, there was the AI Customer Care Transformation Conference, where Kuba Krchák presented and discussed the difference between Customer Care and Customer Experience.
October 10 – The Center for Investment, Development, and Innovation (CIRI) in Hradec Králové hosted another roundtable focused (not only) on cities and municipalities. My topic was how to assign the most boring agendas to artificial intelligence, freeing up your time for what truly matters.
October 18 – The well-known AI Days organized by prg.ai will also take place in various locations this October. One highlight is AI 4 Libraries at the Prague City Library. Libraries are usually quiet, but we’ll be speaking up—loudly!
And that’s not all! In between all of these, we’re looking forward to corporate AI Academy workshops, where we’ll continue spreading AI awareness to company teams.

The Solution

That last point might need some explanation. In certain parts of the workshop, two instructors speak alternately. Over the years, they’ve developed such a strong rapport that tennis doubles pairs would be envious. Interestingly, this isn’t limited to just one particular pair—it works with any two instructors, who are usually the founders of The MAMA AI.
