Pleasant autumn wishes on behalf of the The MAMA AI team
The Czech Army has deployed Telma AI, a cutting-edge conversational artificial intelligence that combines the semantic search capabilities of mSearch with a large language model to generate accurate answers and other technologies. This chatbot & voicebot also means significant improvements to the candidate experience.
So far, it hasn't been able to deal with all the crazy things people write to it, but it's been helping those who are genuinely interested in serving in the army in an excellent way, and it's greatly simplified the path of potential recruits to important information. And we have gained a wealth of material that will be used to further improve it so that no subtle question will catch it off guard in the future.😉
And respect to all conscripts, whether they enlist in voluntary training, the active reserves, or become professional soldiers!
”Alea iacta est”, says ChatGPT?!
This Diribet event took place on Sep 21, 2023 in Břevnov Monastery and we were there. Jan Kleindienst, Co-Founder of The MAMA AI, spoke on "ChatGPT lessons learned: Is the human brain just a giant Large Language Model?". A number of other talks were about the use of sophisticated statistical methods in manufacturing processes.
Today we already know that "statistics has valuable data", as a Czech song goes, and working with it doesn't have to be boring.
Imagine having oversight of a number of parameters measured during a manufacturing process. These parameters are within a specified tolerance, but occasionally a limit is exceeded. What then? Is it a deviation serious enough to cause the entire product to be scrapped?
This is where the human consultant comes into play, but he or she must agree with the systems that evaluate the production data. This can also be done with a smart agent in natural language and without manually filling in quality forms. See for yourself:
Welcome to the world of MAMA AI and Facility Management
We'd like to show you how our AI tools can streamline the way you manage your properties. In this newsletter, we'll share the key points where MAMA AI can support you.
Rent control and solving problems with payers
We tend to put off unpleasant calls. And there's nothing pleasant about talking to a tenant who is in arrears. Why not leave this routine activity to AI? It will call hundreds of tenants in no time and provide you with the details of each call, so you can focus only on the situations that really need your attention and improve your rent collection.
Q&A chatbot and voicebot
Automate responses to routine contact centre queries. Save time and speed up your internal processes. This allows you to focus on more important aspects of your business.
Multilingual environment ready
Our solution, based on a combination of semantic search product mSearch and large language models, enables semantic search across languages. This allows your team to better navigate communication with clients who speak different languages.
Right from the start
A solution with a knowledge base built from your documents ensures that your chatbot or voicebot will provide answers to queries using semantic search and a large language model from the start of operation without the need for training.
We often act as presenters at various events. At the end of October and the beginning of November, for example, AI Days will take place in several cities in the Czech Republic. These are not always events just for experts. We appreciate the interest of people who would like to learn more about AI and the possibilities of its application in their fields. For example, we would be happy to see you here:
Central Library - halls and other areas - AI 4 All: Nov 3rd, 2023 10:00-18:30
(Městská knihovna v Praze, Mariánské náměstí 98/1, Praha 1 )
For one day, the city library will be owned by artificial intelligence. A series of short lectures will introduce the connection of AI with the real world in art, agriculture, mobility or religion and show its use in everyday life. An accompanying programme will offer visitors of all ages - from children to the elderly - the opportunity to generate their own artefact with expert assistance, relax under the guidance of AI and talk to experts and to AI itself. The day-long varied programme will also offer a special section for young talents, a panel debate on the topic of algorithmic society or special presentations in a pecha kucha format. And there will also be a demonstration of an autonomous car and a robot at work.
