MAMA AI Academy: For Businesses and the Public

We started with the first MAMA AI Academies in spring 2022 and they have always been very successful among clients. We attribute this both to our lecturers, who are the founders of The MAMA AI company, and especially to you, our clients, who come with the interest to learn something and willingly discuss AI issues. The openness of discussions is a sign that our lecturers are capable of explaining even the complex issue, which AI undoubtedly is, in an absolutely understandable way. In addition, this Academy is more of a workshop where participants can try out many technologies firsthand. Programming knowledge is not required, yet participants leave with a host of practical experiences, for example, that it is possible to build a functional voicebot in just 20 minutes.

 

However, we soon realized that in addition to academies for the public, it is appropriate to introduce a similar event for corporate clients. Here the advantage is that we can thematically tailor the content to what interests a particular company most.

Medicinal chemists face numerous challenges when navigating vast molecular spaces during their drug development practice. One of the major difficulties is the sheer enormity of these spaces, as they can consist of billions or even trillions of potential molecules.

 

In collaboration with IOCB Prague (https://www.uochb.cz/en), a leading biochemical and biomedical research institution in Europe, we have developed a powerful tool called CHEESE, an AI-based tool that offers super fast search capabilities in the vast molecular spaces. Our tool makes it practical to access such chemical databases, allowing you to search molecules based on 2D- and 3D-shape, as well as electrostatic similarity. The speed and accuracy is the essence of our tool: a user can perform similarity searches in billion-scale databases in less than one second. Property prediction of molecules is extremely fast too, on a million scale in fraction of a second.
