The past weeks have been a wild ride! 🎉🎉🎉

 

If you haven't been completely offline lately, you've probably noticed the news from Seznam Zprávy related to MAMA AI virtual voices. Jiří Špaček described it in a post on LinkedIn. And the real Barbara Hacsi informed about it on her profile! We greatly appreciate this fantastic reference!

 

On the evening of Monday, March 4, 2024, the ČAUI event "The Ignition of AI Transformation" sold out, where we were represented by Honza Cuřín in the panel "Finding a Balance Between Regulation and Innovation." How can we achieve this balance without increasing bureaucracy, which could disadvantage European companies in the global market? There was also discussion about the EU AI Act, adopted on March 13, 2024. In the next newsletter, we will show you how easy it is to search through extensive documents (this one has 470 pages) using our technologies.

 

Even before that, on February 27 and 28, 2024, the Czech Online Expo took place in Prague, and Kuba Krchák was the professional guarantor of the segment where we had a lot to say about Customer Care. You can find his summary here.

In our last Newsletter 02-2024, we outlined areas where a personal assistant in the HR department could gather interesting data: measuring the company's pulse (NPS), asking employees questions that collect data leading to a better understanding of their needs, whether it's about employee benefits, work environment, or reasons for leaving the company.
